Returns, Policies & Exchanges

 
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following circumstances:
Contact Us within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within to Us: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
All Over Print Items
This items are printed once the order is placed. We can’t cancel the production if the items or accept cancellations once they are made. 

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, we do not accept items that are not as new.
Return Item conditions: New, unused, unwash, with labels, in original package. Items under different condition as shipped will not be accepted for return.

Cancellation/Refund
LoopsyBaby accept cancellations of orders during the 24h of purchase, with a full refund of your purchase. After the 24h period, we will do our best to work your inquiry/concerns but will not process any refund. After an order is ship, we don't accept any cancellations or refunds.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All Sales are final.
Incorrect Address
LoopsyBaby will use the address in your receipt to ship the order. If by any case your address is incorrect or is an old address we are not responsible for lost package. If the package returns to us, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for the new address.

Stolen Package from Mail box
LoopsyBaby is not responsible for stolen goods from your mailbox or front door. We can work with you to follow USPS protocol and Police procedures. But we will not refund money for this reason. Once an item is marked as "Delivered" is your responsibility to follow up with the proper authorities.

Lost in the Mail
To determine that a package is lost in the mail we ask buyer to wait 15-20days (Domestic) or 45-60 days(International) after the shipped date. If the package has insurance, then it will qualify to submit a claim with USPS. If the package has less than 15-20days of shipping is considered "In Transit to Destination". Refunds will be submit after insurance claim process is completed.
